What are ath m-codes for the subspindle on a Mazak with mazatrol controlls?
Forward, reverse, sync spindle?

I have manuals for a 640T w/sub spindle, instructions, parameters, etc...but NO M-codes relating to anything sub spindle!! Don't have a sub, so never looked.

All the parameters apply only to Mazalarm, no mention of EIA at all. Sorry I can't help.

Check out G112. Its been awhile but you call G112 that sends commands to the subspindle. G112M3S1000.

I think its a gcode to switch between spindles.

G112 should work (G112M3 or G112M4).... but for M codes, you might also have M303 (normal) and M304 (reverse). For sync codes, its different between Fusion and Matrix ( for example M511, M512, M513 or M511, G110M511 and M512)

Do you even need the M codes when using Mazatrol? I have the Fusion series and never use the M codes to transfer parts.
