Where the hell is Nate , have sent emails from his site , NO REPLY . I am interested in the new rack upgrade 3/4" x 60" , any one have info , any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Last time I visited with Nate he had sold/partnered with a group to do distribution of his machines and Nate was deep in the financial world. But that's been a couple of years so no recent contact.

I tried to make a purchase from his website last August. Sale went through, I was charged, received a confirmation email but never received my product and have had zero replies. Good thing it was just a 20 dollar item. frustrating. If he is no longer selling he needs to close the website or put some sort of declaimer or something on it.

It's too bad that the company has gone downhill over the years. I bought an original Saturn a few years back and even then communications were not great. I was very happy with the overall support I did get and I'm still happy with my machine. At the time you couldn't get more machine for the price and overall value was good. I think had they done things differently they would be one of the major players in the CNC field today... but oh well. Sad.
