    CW 5000 chiller problem

    Just purchased a CW 5000 chiller. Unit seems to be working but display is showing ‘PP’ and I cannot change any settings. Please help!

    Try resetting to factory defaults. It may be that it has sat on the shelf so long the cmos has become corrupted.
