I think there are somebody who can give an advice for choosing right chamfer mill tool for machining Polyacetal plastic (POM-C), I will do machining this type of material for first time, and do not have much experience.
I did search for special tools for machining plastics, and found in harveytool catalogue manufacturer different types of end mills (with one flute, two flutes).
Harveytool offers to use chamfer mill for Aluminium.

Aluminium tools will work fine. Also solid carbide or carbide tipped wood router bits will work fine also. POM-C machines very well.

Thanks for reply! I will look for aluminium tools. And another question, what about coolant use during all machining time?

You can machine POM-C dry. I normally direct air at the cut to blow the chips away. Keep your chip load at 0.001'' to 0.005'' to keep from melting the plastic.
