ESS communicates with PC no outputs and mach crashes after port config.

I have purchased a license through NFS and installed everything via warp9. The LED indicated PC communication, top green solid bottom blinking, top red off bottom functions with software e stop. Db25 BOB and Ebay driver. Axis moves on mach 3 nothing outputs on motor or Bob with voltmeter. Video uploading to YouTube. Funny thing is lots of freeze and crash going out of any port configuration screen and motor config. The estop screen pops up and clicking ok to clear dialog freezes it up and have to end program. Need help. Table is ready*

    What version of Mach3?
    What version of Windows?
What ESS plugin are you using?

Using the mach3 ending in 62 that warp 9 reccomends. They do not reccomend the 66

    Windows 7

The warp 9 latest ess plug in.

Need more specific builds then that sorry new to this cnc controller stuff I will get the exact stuff when I get home at 4 est. Appreciate the help

Most Breakout Boards need a power supply so something for you to check, most won't output anything until they are powerup

    Hi,
looking at your vid I don't see how you are powering the BoB.

The fact that you are getting LEDs operating suggests that you have correctly powered the ESS. It is possible to power
BoBs from pin 26 of the IDC header. Have you done this? Is there any point on the BoB that would allow you to probe and
    test for a power supply?

Just looked close at your video and you have enough power for the Breakout Board from the ESS, I would disconnect the Drives until you get the software configured once you have the outputs working, then reconnect the drives
