what g-code delivers 'orientat' for M axis ? pls check attached image
at this position, i can't rotate the tool by hand, thus there is kind of a break; M phase is 300degrees, and when turret is indexing, M phase is changing from 300 to circa 245; i achieved the 'orientat' state by using G296, and the phase angle by editing " system para \ M orient offset ", but the break is delivered by the G296 cycle, not by pure g-code
also, i can not insert g-code after the moment when M axis is oriented ... after G296 executes, there is the G180, and at that moment rpm is restored ?!
Code:
M110
M146 M15
G00 X30 Z2.5 T0505 SB=500
C90
G296 X30 Z-5 C90 K0 F0.567 E2.8 HS=-0.02 G95 (*1)
G180 (*2)
G00 X30 Z2.5
M12
M109
G00 X500 Z200 T0500
(
i wish to insert code after the moment when M axis reaches ' orientat ' state
M axis get 'orientat' during executing line *1
G296 cycle is canceled by G180, and when G180 is executed, rpm is restored
i can't insert code between G296 and G180, because it will be interpreted as a new position where G296 should be repeated
)
kindly
