I have been wrestling with getting my generic 2.2KW Air Cooled Spindle running off a Hitachi WJ200 series VFD for months (more like hours but it has been very hard to find time for this) now. I would be VERY happy for an onsite visit in NYC by someone with the skills to get this fired up. I am happy to pay for results.

Any takers?

Call the guys at Drives Warehouse in Dallas. They walked me through the setup in minutes - very knowledgeable guys. Even though I bought the Hitachi VFD from them they never even asked if I was a customer when I called months later for the setup info.

Mine is set up and working on Mach3, air cooled and same drive. But I have the pre-wired CNCRP panel and it needed to put out 0-10 vdc for it to work on that. But I also found out the PWM signal out was not right for this drive. Do you have it running on-off from Mach3 and adjusting the speed from the VFD keypad arrows?

I really doubt if your going to find someone willing to drive into NYC to set up your VFD .
