    60 W chinese laser problem!! HELPPPP!

    Hello friends

    I own 2 60 w chinese laser machines , one is working perfect but i have issues with cutting and engraving on the other , by the way the problematic machine is newer than the better one .
    I attach a photo to understand the problem , the second laser leave the wood so dirty , i tried the speed , the power , i tried to change the focus , i tried almost everything
