Question AMD Model B25A20E-DM2 Fault Light Diagnosis

I purchased a Dynamyte 2800 CNC Mill from the widow of my recently deceased friend. I am new to CNC machines however I am an electrical engineer so I am not new to control systems. The machine was running until a few months ago when it unfortunately sat idle so I have no reason to suspect a design problem. I am learning all of the components through reading my friend's notes and internet research.

I have a fault light on the Advanced Motion Controls brushless servo amplifier (P/N B25A20E-DM2) that I need help diagnosing. I have found documention on AMD's web site that suggests I need to put it open loop mode and to refer to the datasheet for instructions to do that with the dip switches, but I can't find the datasheet. Can anyone provide guidance on troubleshooting this fault light?

Here is what know so far:
    • Gecko Drive Smoothstepper (G540)- No fault indicated
    • Ethernet adapter - Appears to be communicating with PC.
    • iMach3 P1A-S v4.0 Control Pendant
    • Mach3 Software - Appears to be working (responds to pendant & keyboard entry) but no movement of servo motors.
    • Spindle on/off, speed and coolant are all controlled locally.
    • Manual reset button and soft reset button inside Mach3 software work.

How do I clesar the servo amplifier fault? Picture is attached.

    Thanks,
    Jeff
