I'm looking for the right CAM software that will fit my budget. The company I work for is getting a holz her dynestic 7535 and I want a better CAM software. I have used ALPHACAM 2012 before and looked at ALPHACAM 2019 but the price is to high. I want to nest, tooling and program ease of ALPHACAM. Could I go to a 2016, 2017 or 2018? I only picked ALPHACAM because its what I know but is there an equal CAM software for a better price?

Have you taken a look at VisualMill from Mecsoft? It comes in a range of versions with increasing feature sets, so you don't have to pay for more than you need. There are versions that plug into popular CAD programs like Rhino, Solidworks, and Alibre, so you don't have to leave their familiar workspaces to produce tool paths.
