Hi, I have a problem with my okuma LR-15M OSP5020. I've got error:

2004 bubble memory IB error 00000002

I know there is a problem with bubble memory card, but I dont know how to resole it.
I don't have control software to reload it.

Do you think there is a problem with lost memory or maybe something is dead on Bubble Memory Card and I can change it from another one ?

Any help ?

This is a problem with the Initialization of the bubble memory on power up; resolved almost always by either changing the bubble memory or the main board. If bubble memory, you will need your control software, and the replacement bubble (actually, you would want to replace it with CMOS),will have to be initialized prior to installing software. We can probably help you with the CMOS card (or the main board if that is the issue), but as for software, that would be through Okuma (also, most likely you don't have a floppy drive on that machine, so you would need Okuma to come out anyway to bring that and the initialization utility disk).
