Disconnect the 3 power wires from the spindle inverter and try it again. If the machine powers up, you have found the problem. something to add JD's Post.....WITH POWER OFF to Machine....check with your Ohm meter (VOM) for shorts to ground on the VFD LineIN Terminals any reading of zero is a dead short
