    Coolant/Mister ingress filter

I am using a water filter canister for a mister to hold the coolant. I am looking for the little filters that go into the coolant reservoir as a debris filter. I cant find any on amazon which is unusual. I am wondering if something like a small engine fuel filter will work? Something like this:

Or maybe this outdoor mister filter:

What I am originally looking (2 pieces) is in this pic...

    Thanks,
    Colin

If you are looking for a sintered bronze filter, here is one example:

Otherwise, if you just want a small filter, look for a small engine filter for a chainsaw, weedeater, etc... They can be had at most farm supply, chainsaw repair, or home stores.

Thank you! That’s what I was looking for. I think I will get the sintered. Rinse thing. What about the disc filter(?) that is after the filter and inline? Is it important? Seems like a secondary sediment filter

Sorry, my poor eyesight cannot see the picture clear enough to see what the other filter is.

For a coolant mister, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Sintered bronze filters have been used as fuel filters for many decades before cheap paper, plastic, and/or ceramic filters took over.

Another example, Kool Mist has used a check ball, with a simple screen, as a filter on their systems:
