How to make alive my pneumo-relay

    Please help!
I dont understand - how to make alive my pneumo-relay.
I have KFLOP + Konnect Optical I/O Expansion Board.

    Pneumo-relay connected to Konnect pins Out 12, 13, 14, 15.
In the Kmotion -> Digital I/O -> Virtual, I see flags opposit connected pins.

In the KmotionCNC -> M100-M119, I set I/O Bit. That is all.
    What to do next?

I need commands in G code to turn on and off relay:
    M100 turn on relay pin12.
    M101 turn off relay pin12.
    M102 turn on relay pin13.
M103 turn off relay pin13 (and so on, to pin15).

How to do it? - in order Konnect understand G code ond do on/off relay

    Hi RuslanRobot,

    Pneumo-relay connected to Konnect pins Out 12, 13, 14, 15.
In the Kmotion -> Digital I/O -> Virtual, I see flags opposit connected pins.
I don't understand. If you toggle Virtual Bit 60 on the KMotion | Digital IO | Virtual Screen does the Pneumo-relay toggle on and off?

need commands in G code to turn on and off relay:
    M100 turn on relay pin12.
    M101 turn off relay pin12.
    M102 turn on relay pin13.
M103 turn off relay pin13 (and so on, to pin15).
If so, this is how you might configure your MCodes:

    Attachment 421524

Please remember to put reverse flyback diodes across any solenoid or relay coils.

    Yes!!!
I did in accordance with your screen shot, and I can turn on/of lights on the board by G-code (M100 - lights on, M101 - lights off).

But I connected relay to the Konnect without flyback diodes and relay doesn't click.
Is it mean that I burned out all board Konnect, or only pins 12 - 15?

    Hi RuslanRobot,

How did you wire it? The Konnect outputs are like an isolated switch contact. You must have a power supply to apply power to a relay. Also the outputs will only conduct one direction like a diode.

Is it mean that I burned out all board Konnect, or only pins 12 - 15?
The Output circuits are all optically isolated so damaging one is unlikely to damage another.
