I have fanuc system series 16-TB
this system has 2alarms
972 NMI OCCURED IN OTHERVMODUL
SLOT 02
SLOT 03
RAM PARITY...
whithout slot3 this system hasn't alarm but by playcing slot3 display this alarm.
I cleard memory and change SRAM card on mainboard slot3, but don't solve this problem...
can anyone helpe me , please?
