Question for anyone in the know as I haven't been able to find the answer around.

For background: I am looking at buying a UC100 to mate with my g540 on a custom gantry style mill I have made and running it via UCNC. Currently I am running Grbl but have run into it's pulse per second limit (~30,000). In trying to find an upgrade I came across G2Core which has a much higher pulse per second rate and a jerk controlled motion planner (more info here: https://github.com/synthetos/g2/wiki...tion-Explained). I haven't had much luck getting it to work relaibly but found the few times it was working that the acceleration profiles were much gentler and produced much less noise but were overall faster than the trapezoidal style motion profile of Grbl.

Does UCNC use the standard "trapezoidal" acceleration profiles or does it have some jerk limiting to smooth out the motion of the machine?

Thanks
