Found a listing for an no longer used automated gluing machine which uses a PRO 4824 for the motion components, some Mitsubishi NEMA34 servos and controls. I think it was a good deal at $750 even though I am at a loss as far working with electronics.
My original thought was to gut it for the linear rails and upgrade my V-CON 4848, but the wiring layout and electronics are so cleanly done that I may just keep it as is and convert it to a router. I expect the servos to be overkill given that I never had any complaints with my G540 NEMA23 setup. Anyway, I thought I'd share, I am sure I'll be asking for help.
