Question How to manually change/edit Series 0 diag parameters ?

    Hi,

I'm recovering from lost parameters on a '93 Fanuc OMF used in a leadwell mcv-0p. I cannot get the diag parameter, like oil pump timers (D345, D350), set from the mdi. I have the key switch set to on, the pce bit set to 1 and the estop pushed in.

When I enter a value and hit the INS key, the diagnostic value will not change. I understand some values are status and cannot be changed, however these values are in the parameter set and look like they must be set.. Am I doing something wrong ? not setting some other bits to change the value ?

    thanks..

    Just a quick update:

Thanks to Bruce at Tristarcnc, the "program protect" key must be in the OFF position to change the Diagnostic parameters.

    Thanks Tristar
