Hi there.
Does anyone out there operate a Mazak Integrex 50 YB with stationary tool magazine , with a tool carrier that runs between magazine and machine turret. We are unable to find out NEXT TOOL command when programming in ISO. Our book says to use B command at the end of tool change line but this does not work.
We are wanting to get machine to select next tool to be used and put it into carrier ready for next operation. Our machine is only one of this type in New Zealand so no help available locally. Mazak agents here don't know answer.

Call Mazak's facility in Florence, Kentucky USA or one of their tech centers. I am sure that someone would be willing to help in the US. If not, tell them your next machine will be a Mori!!!

tried guys in USA. they said using B command should work ( but it certainly does not ! ). I've got to try and track down someone else usig a Mazak Integrex 50 YB who might know answer.

It will call tool 1 offset 1, stage tool number 2.
