    Laser not power enough

    Hi guys,
I have a problem and no idea how to solve it.
Suddenly the power decreased. it looks like the laser beam coming from the tube is very wick. I can not even cut a 2mm sheet of acrylic. It looks like whatever I do (if I change the parameters) the power stays constant, like nothing can affect it. (and is low). The beam coming from the tube can not even burn a masking tape which I put in front of the lens to check the alignment. Other than this everything works fine.
    Any idea what could be?
    Thank You.
