    Help me understand

I want to start on my CNC router project, so I got started doing some playing around. I downloaded a copy of CNC Simulator to play around with the ACE G-code generator. Simple drawings work fine, but on complicated drawings things jump all over the place. What's the secret to have a tool run a smooth path? I'm drawing in AutoCAD LT 2000i. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Could you please post one of your drawings and I'll have a look if I get the time. If I can't I'm sure someone else will be glad to oblige.

    Are you turning or milling?
I love deadlines- I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by.

Draw everything in the order you want them cut, or try ACE's optimize function.
