Having trouble with my Bridgeport ex trak dx mill..it was working just fine had just got done milling a slot on a shaft and plunged a hole
to start the next key way slot. Turned off mill and water to clear off all shavings and water locked mill back down in place pressed the start button and nothing..looked at cnc and said emergency stop activated hit (key) to clear...doesnt say what key to hit just says hit (key) and sometimes will come up with message saying spindle motor overload..so I've hit every key...checked my e stops..all my brake levers are loose...motor is free...all wires connected and working..oiled all oil points..checked breakers...reset breakers...e stop button not actually activated but somewhere its tripped and cant resume my very busy list of jobs

Check input power.. sounds like one leg of 3 Phase is low or not working. Converter problems?

Check your switches especially Z as that's where the normal problems occur
