    Total newbie :)

    I have never operated any type of cnc before but being a woodworker and having a small 10'X16' shop I wanted to get something I could afford to do small projects with and do a little metal work with aluminum and brass. I bought a 4 axis 3040T to start out with and got the machine talking with my laptop but how do I get it where I can adjust the spindle speed from my laptop? I got the CNC USB controller software and I got it where I can move the X,Y,Z and A working but I cannot adjust the spindle speed except from the controller itself. Here is the machine I bought. I am using the Mk1 CNCUSB software

    Welcome to CNC world.

    Unfortunately you can not control spindle speed with your electronics.
