There is a cover on top of unit about 65 dia take it off to see solenoid I can't remember exactly what relay I think it is top row 2nd and 3rd from right I do not have drawings in front of me

i have a wiring diagram if you say i can share with you..

and this is i confirm you that solenoid and both sensor are work fine the only thing is encoder metal ring not come under the locking control switch

5 is your shot bolt and 6 is turret reverse replace them

ok but one more thing i want to tell you before replace the relay..that turret is working in both directions for example when i call tool #1 the turret rotate ccw direction stop at position 1 but not locked so i have to press reset button and then call tool#8 the turret rotate cw direction and stop at position 8 still not locked so i again press the reset button .........its look that turret rotate both ccw and cw direction.......NOW please tell me Sir..still we need to replace relay 5 and 6????

Along the top from 4 to 8 are the relays for your turret check they are working. 6 is your shot bolt had this last week changed 5 and 6 started working however you have never said it works in reverse before

.as I said ages ago have you checked you are getting 24v to the turret

i am confused sir ..

ok first i check 24v at turret.(please point me in attach pic where i check 24v )



then replace relay with new one

ok sir as per your instruction i have check 24v DC and it is coming at turret .

about relay ..i check relay form 4 to 8 .......and as per my understanding relay work well...

how i checked now i am telling you .

1st i call tool#1 the turret rotate CCW and stop the position1 (but not locked)
now i remove relay #4 and call tool#2 but no response in fact in jog mode manual tool change is not activating.
then i reconnect relay#4 and do same process like above mention and the turret work ..i apply this procedure on all relay #4 to 8.
except relay # 6 all relay showing difference when connected and not connected...relay# 6 show no change either connected or not connected..\ ...........now what to do

Check turret motor proximity sensor gap/clearance is correct,then reset turret timing as mbservice advised earlier.this sensor could be faulty/breaking down.

Jono1961 thanks for join our conversation... r u talking about 6# sensor please check jpeg...highlighted with black circle?? i already maintain the gap between sensor and metal ring as per manual instruction..its 0.8mm to 1mm gap..

2nd thing i dont know how to reset the turret timing can you guide me please
