question about mazatrol t1 - working process

at least i have made one program that works on my mazatrol t1 , but now there is problem - in automatic mode my mazak works like he is in single step mode (i have to push the button after one process is finished, and after about 20 times i push the button my program finishes )
I think that all buttons are good pushed for automatic mode
Do i have to write somthing in my program for work in automatic mode or there is another problem ....

and does anyone knows how can i unlock parameters on second page ,

in mazatrol programming i'm newby so any help will be great

I can't remember the control at all... but it sounds like you have "Single Block" turned on.
It's just a part..... cutter still goes round and round....

Is the door completely closed?? I know it will only run in single block with the door open.

    61 alarm

If your 61 alarm is "BLUE" the machine will run through each sequence then stop, when you hit cycle start, it will reset the alarm and run the next process, so on, so forth!

you say you don't know how to fix it?

    >>> you say #61 alarm is "head stock oiler" check your oil level, top it off and go, this alarm is typical just like "way lube alarms"

    happy oiling

Oil level is OK, we think that we need to change parameters. Our machine didn't work for a long time, and we can't input machine parameters (page 2 parameters OP1 - OP16). If you know this process please post it.

    Best regards!

I cant remember are those the 8 bit parameters if so you have to enter like this (example OP-1 =010011014
you have to have the number of 1's called out at the end as a 9th number to set them.
try that if it is indeed the 8 bit parameters.
    good luck
Just another chip in the pile.

Do you have a liquid cooled spindle motor? If so, make sure the level is topped off. The Mazaks we have will show a head lubrication alarm when it is actually a low spindle coolant alarm. Just a thought. Also, had one machine that would take up to 15+ times of pressing the cycle start button to get it to run. The problem was with the button itself, being pressed to hard. Replaces the button with a new one and everything was back in order. Ever notice how the unknowing people at the gas station hit the buttons instead of pressing them?

This isn't a parameter problem. You need to find the source of the head lube alarm. Find the lube pump that it is looking for and check it. It's the root of your problem.
