    Machine to cut stainless tube

    what is the most suitable machine to cut stainless steel, without burr or discoloring?

    I tried e*******n , m****a brand cold saw, but the bits chipped after few usage , so I am thinking about using low rpm cold saw or bandsaw.

    I cut mostly 50mm x50mm tube , 1.5mm thick

    We tried to use our Evolution metal cutting chop saw with the recommended blade for SS and found that it did not work well. The blades dulled or lost teeth too fast. They will cut aluminum all day long, no problem.

    We went back to our horizontal band saw for cutting stainless. With the thin wall of your tube, a M42 cobalt bi-metal blade, about 14TPI would work well.
