I sometimes have the same problem on our MS200 Daewoo lathes after some one crashes them. If it is the same problem with your mill, then you need to know the parameters where the machine envelop (I guess this would be the correct description) for each axis is located. Write down the current values. Hopefully they are correct. They should be in an envelop that came with the machine. The values set by the manufacturer may or may not match the current values depending on what has happened in the interim.

Set the values to something like 99999999. You should be able to return to machine home now. Change the numbers back to the original. Power down and back up (not necessary on our lathes, but may be on your mill). It should home, provided this was the problem to start with.

Otherwise I can't help you. I am not maintenance. Just a lowly programmer.

Try Power off the control and before you power it on again the push and
hold at the same time the letter "P" and the "cancel"button then power up
the control, hold down the two buttons until the control powers up
    completly. Perform home routine.
This overides the soft OT limits.

Here is some additional info on the Om control. Either of the above replies should cure your OT problem before reaching home position.
