    Double line on Cut..... fine perfect detail on Scan

    So I've been fighting this double line ghosting for some time....perfect alignment, all new mirrors and lens...today I took an RLD file with cut and scan layers....WOW!! The scan was perfect, the cut had double line........ Any ideas.... I've used mult len's and mirrors b4 I found out scan was perfect....all do the same, can it be a software Problem?

    I have had the dual line problem before as well. It turned out to be the alignment of the final mirror into the focus lens.

    Had the same problem and agrre with the answer from robert. In my case the beam was entering the third mirror slightly low ( looked ok on the masking tape put over the opening) but the beam was hitting part of the air nosil causing a faint line next to the main cut line.
