These rings came with my Tormach SuperSpacer 6". I have no idea what they're for; there's nothing in the operator's manual. Anyone know?

I don't have a super spacer but I believe that those are masking disks for the 24 position indexing plate. Search the Practical Machinist website for "How to Mount a Masking Plate/Super Spacer" or try https://tinyurl.com/wyb7kad
from left to right.. the 1st Index ring is 90 degree...2nd is 45 degree.. 120 next...180 next
I see. So you'd use those if you were using the SuperSpacer manually and not controlling with CNC.

I believe that that is correct.
Those plates predate cnc, but when doing production and drilling holes at standard increments, you can do it super fast manually. If your super spacer isn't CNC driven, they are still super handy for that purpose.
