I'm having problems on one of our machines
its giving the error

950 PMC system alarm
PC050 IO link CH2 4004:4343-4343

i now this is probably a DC short in the I/O but cant find it

it happens randomly after 8u of running
i've checked the DC supply's with a oscilloscope and i see no drop in voltage
we are checking the wiring and replacing some at random but no luck

is there anyone that can tell me a more precise diagnostic according to the "4004:4343-4343" error?
i have some info on it but keep getting stuck

a2 is error in slave module i think
b2 is groep 02 (a power mate in this case )

the spindle power supply has error 24 (com error )

the 18i-MB controller has status 5 " NO DATA AFTER ADDRESS The address was not followed by the appropriate data but was followed by another address or EOB code. Modify the program."

After 2 visits from fanuc and 1 more from a service company were still stuck

the main problem was caused by the powermate module
that module has the error 900 rom parity error

they have replaced everything in that module nothing seems to help

finally the problem is fixed
after replacing part by part of the powermate without results
we replaced the entire powermate module

seems to do the trick
it seems multiple parts of the old powermate were causing the problem
