i face problem in okuma 20lc. unfortunately, there is no user manual and no maintenance manual.
the error is "SPB verisio e7". it looks the machine is not booting to system. please help me to make the machine run.

If I understood, your OKUMA frozen o this message: SBP Versio e7.
If it is so, looks like bubble memory is broken. But please check all power supply in the electrical cabinet. Make photo of power supply unit after the lathe will be frozen. May be some of supplu (+5, +12 of other) broken.
I destroy me bubble memory after one of my power disappeared. The sequence of voltage in CPU unit is strict. And wrong sequence can destry data in memory. It was my lathe. After that I changed the CNC to China.
It was more cheaper then repaire machine, but I lost accurace.

Could be service board processor as well , good idea to reseat the boards and any “socketed” chips as well. Sometimes connection becomes bad and causes communication alarms like you have.
