36v Power Supply green LED flashing

My PSU LED light is flashing when I power up. This consequently leads to the driver lights to flash as well. Would I be correct in thinking that my PSU is on the way out? or is there somewhere I should be looking?

What sort of PSU is it?
Try measuring the output voltage and current draw and tells if they are in spec.
