Laser cutting is not enough I guess what do you guys think? Moreover it is less accurate and there is no way back.

Depends on the application and the laser. I have found that laser cutting is quite accurate, but it is not the same accuracy as a precision machined part. We have a lot of parts laser cut, but we also machine other parts.

So if your question is can a laser be substituted for a milling machine in all cases, the answer is no. They are different machines and have a different purpose.
