    Lubricate belt sander slider ???

    Is it a good idea to lubricate the sliding bed of a belt sander? If so, what kind of lubricant?

    Treadmills require lubricant. Seems that belt sanders might need similar, for the same reason.

    Graphite impregnated canvas is what is commonly used in the woodworking industry.
