    Specific drill bit needed ?

    Hi,

I've got to drill ALLOT of holes in the Black Acrylic panel
I’m using to cover the PCB. Around 768 of them !

I got a good DIY CNC machine that uses a dermel tool for the spindle.

I think it will do the job and I’m currently designing the CAM file for drilling the holes.

However, I need a drill bit that can cut a 13/64, and at the same time fit into a dremel tool which is 1/8 inch shank.

Does anyone know where can I find this? Is there an alternative solution I can use?

What do other people use ? I thought about this bit
    http://www.truebite.com/drill_degrout/

It’s part no# 6050 – but will it not remove a plug of the material and clog the bit each time I plunge through the material?

I really ned some help, I don’t know what to do.

    Thanks,
