    Step or Direction?

    Hi guys

Just checking to make sure I have it right.

Four wires to the step/dir input on my Viper 100's.
    Two center are +5V.
Is the wire/pin closest to the green led step or direction?

    Be nice, I'm easily confused.

Looking at the PDF file on Larkens website, it shows its the STEP input. I think it was wrong in the earlier PDF file.

Yep, I have the old PDF. Just looked at what's on the website. Old file says dir, new file says step. From the way it's drawn in the PDF it's not obvious to me which way I'm looking at the connector.

That may be the case due to the fact that, as I stated earlier, I am easily confused.
