    China Laser 50W cut issue

    Hi. I need your help pls. When i cut with speed under 50 then my machine cut two lines on one axis. Above 50 speed are no issues, engraving also no problems. Power for test are 30%. I have checked mirrors and lens, they are fine. Pelts and pulleys also ok. I have no idea what i can check at next

    Are you sure that your beam is going through the nozzle without hitting the inside (i.e. is centered)? Typically when you see 2 cut lines then the beam is reflecting off of something, usually the nozzle. I am guessing at higher speeds you don't see the second (reflected) line because it is doesn't have enough energy to produce a mark, but at slower speeds it does. See this forum for more details.
