    Tree 300

I'm a complete newbe to CNC and I was then thinking of something small as my first CNC machine, then this add popped up...

Tree 300 Journeyman CNC/Manual Milling Machine
    10X48 Table Size
    High Low Range 4200 RPMS
    Weighs 5,400 LBS
    Box Ways
    RS-232 port
    220 Volt
Updated to use mastercam or other programming software
    Not under power
    $3000.00

Should I run out and buy it?

I purchased this machine and it now sits in my garage. The spindle does not work but shouldn't be too hard to fix.
