Toolpath looks good, except the very outside contour that wipes out my whole part. How do you get rid of it?

Likely the issue you are having is with one of the toolpath settings. But what you can do to remove that final pass is use a check surface to remove that path. If you would like, pop over in the BobCAD After Dark group and post your question there. Maybe even share the file or some screen shots of your toolpath settings.

This will be a simple fix.
