Question Change batteries and do an SRAM backup before loosing param & position

A reminder to all who want to keep the parameters and positions that the batteries currently are backing up... Replace the batteries with fresh ones before shutting down for the long holiday.

The batteries work hardest when your machine is off.

As an added insurance, do an SRAM backup as it takes only one minute to do, but weeks to resurrect if lost.

The SRAM is unique to the machine; it is a binary copy of the machine static ram memory.
It can have an up-to-date version created...any time you wish.
