    Fanuc O-MC spindle problem

I have a vertical machining center having Fanuc O-MC cnc system. It's spindle motor being stopped in automatic mode while it's feed is not getting hold.
    It's spindle drive # A20B-1003-0020 displays shows Alarm No.= 11
    I donot have it's manual not even it's alarm discription. ( Alarm 11 ?)
Spindle motor encoder is directly mounted on spindle drive shaft. spindle motor to spindle 1:2 ratio. ( Belt driven ) & orientation card is mounted on spindle drive. Could you also tell me the parameter no. for orientation position (Angle).
kindly help me & send me it's detailed manual.

I believe alarm 11 is "No feedrate commanded". You can probably email the company to get the manuals you need.
