He's using a plunge roundover bit, making profile cuts ON the lines, followed by pocket toolpaths with a straight bit inside the lines he used for the profile cuts. Pretty basic stuff, once you have the drawing of the door.

Do you have a cnc machine? What software are you using?
First you have to have a CNC Router for the size of work you want to do that is a Chinese built CNC Router looks to be 8' x 4' then you need design software that you do your designs in from the design it goes into cam software there you convert the design into machine language call G-Code
The cutters he is using in this video is a round-over Cutter or radius cutter similar to the snip there cutter would not of had the bearing , the cutouts where done with a straight cutter all of these cutters come in many different sizes and shapes to do what ever shape you want to cut
Aspire software is good for this type of work, there are other software packages also https://www.vectric.com/products/aspire

Do you think straight cut 2 flute better than down cut spiral bit to do the pocketing in such door jobs? Should be ramp down cut for the straight bit? I didn't see any ramp moving by his videos (youtube suk tv channel)
