I added a formula, but I can't get the right answer.
I think I must use cos/sin but where.

Or you could be lazy like me. I kept one of our CHNC programming books from when I started back in 1985. In the back of the book it gives X and Z tool compensation in one degree increments for several different size radii. Maybe you could find a used book or ask me to fax copies of the pages to you.
