NO CE - gweike machines do not fullfill standards to import to EU

    Hallo,

I was talking quite a long time with Nicole from gweike about buying a 6090 or a LC1390 as I also thought they would be better then other chinese manufacturers.

She sent me a CE Certificate from universal Certification but they dont have a declaration of conformity signed by a responible person which is necessary for importing into the EU.

Also they dont even have a user manual.

When importing you need to check if the machine fullfiles the machine directive (2006/42/EG), the EMC directive (2004/108/EG) and no lead is use ROHS.

Sure lasercutters from thunderlasers or other companies who have resellers in the countries are double the prize but you are sure the machie arrives and fullfill the standards.

With the documentation gweike supplies at the moment there is a chance if customs requests a technical check that your machine will be stopped.

Its cheaper but much more risk involbed buying a gweike machine.

We can supply the CE conformity for you while needed. I often supply it for our dealer in Italy and Finland. Gweike shipped many lasers to Europe each year, so all of our lasers must be approved by CE.
