I ordered one of their pendants at the beginning of the month, but it was lost in the mail. I bought Vista brand from other’s suggestions, but I hope I didn’t make a mistake. Their website has no phone number or address. I emailed them yesterday but no reply. Ugh !! No wonder people buy from Amazon.
Does anyone have a number for these guys so I can call direct? Unfortunately, it’s the sender that has to try and get this figured out, even though it’s the consumer that is stuck with the bill.

I just got an email reply from them not too long ago. It’s a one man shop so it’s not unreasonable to have a 1-2 day delay in response.

I have one of their P1A-S pendants. It’s a great addition to any cnc machine.

I didn't know it was only a one man shop. I was under the assumption that their pendants were made in house in the US?
I just hope this doesn't turn into a can of worms trying to get a refund/replacement.
I'm trying to get this CNC router done to get my mind off of the Chinese virus, so this is the last thing I need to stress me out.
