Does anyone have a diagnostic manual or a manual that diagrams how to check all these different solutions for this alarm? We replaced the batteries and still the alarm reappeared so we need a PDF or manual for this machine? I believe it is a 2012.

This is for the battery on the Vision or ProMotion control in the back cabinet. It will be displaying ALP-EN to show that its battery needs replacement.
The full manual for the drive is posted in the "Tec-docs thread" as well as a link in the other info dump that has "Every Doosan Service manual"

That was certainly what we were needing, can you link where to find these docs? I'm new to this website and my boss wants to find the number for the battery because it's AA style but is a 3.6v Li-ion and it has a harness of some sort around it is then wired. Do you know where I could find these batteries?

The battery is purchased through your local Doosan Dealer
Get the DVSD, DVSC, etc...model of drive, or at least the machine's serial number and call their parts department.

They'll get you the correct part.
