    Unhappy Please help me

    I try to make honeycomb or hive on MDF wood. I have a cnc machine and using aspire, also a bowl and tray bit router but I cant make the edge of the honeycomb sharpen. Can someone help me with this? A lot of thanks.

    The honeycomb edges in your photo look as sharp as MDF can be, in my opinion.
