I issue a G00 X0 Y0 command

Goes to X-1, Y-1

You can use G92.1 to cancel your working offsets and set them to zero

G92.1 did not help.

I inherited this machine and software and I must admit I am a newbie at this.

Any G00 command I issue looses 1mm on each axis. I guess I can just move my Origin X-1 and Y-1, but that just seems wrong.

Funny enough, if I click on the "XY" button, it goes back to 0,0 - go figure.
