My CNC mill uses a 386 mother board. It stops at the second screen describing the 386 mother board. Then sometimes it will complete the boot and run a milling program. It is an Anilam 1100. Give me some help!

That is a 25 year old system. Why not upgrade it to a modern control? There are a number of relatively inexpensive options available today. I would look at Dynomotion or Centroid products.
