    Question Busellato Problems

I work for a cabinet making company that has three Busellato CNC machines. One of them keeps coming up with an axis error (x axis not OK) and (movement not ended). This happens in the middle of a program and makes it so the program has to be restarted. I discovered that running the machine through a warm up program will "cure" the problem for a couple hours. People think this problem is caused by some electronic equipment getting to hot. I disagree because if this were true it should happen during warm up...but it never does. Any ideas? It is a Busellato Jet 6000XL.

P.S. I am new here and this seemed like the best place to post this question.

We own a Busellato Optima and are getting a X axis servo error.
The Braking resistor indicator led would come on the servo drive, it's the LED on the very bottom of our unit.
We replaced the resistor and am hoping it cures the problem we are having.

Our machine would stop in the middle of the warm up program.

    Servo was the problem

We had our Busellato Maxi Drive rebuilt and that took care of the stopping in mid warm up.
Seems we had arcing on the DC side of the circuit board in the drive.
